Jeff,

You're the hero of the day. I needed an interior photo of St John's for the directory entry and, now, I have it. (And, I need to consider whether I might also replace the current exterior one with yours.)

Many years,

Neil

St John's directory entry - used both!

Thanks very much.

Many years,

Neil

Thanks for the compliment! I think that Catholic and Orthodox church photography is officially a hobby for me. My wife and daughter are very patient with me.

I love the beauty of the architecture and iconography of the eastern churches.

If you need better pictures of any specific churches in my area, please let me know. I would enjoy the project - it would give a purpose to what I enjoy doing!

I absolutely will, as there are definitely some that I do need. A lot of parishes out that way don't have websites and, if I lived closer, I'd be out driving through the patches and camps trying to check some off the list. I've already started a list - sometime next month, I'll pass it on and you can tell me which ones are possibilities.

Some of our best directory photos have been taken by forum members. (I think Father Jon currently holds the record for contributions.)

Many years,

Neil

I will be glad to help. Over a period of time we will have no trouble with getting exterior shots of any churches in our surrounding counties. With a definite purpose I can try contacting churches to arrange access for interior pictures. I will enjoy doing this!
