Anyone who watches Cardinal-designate Dolan knows that he's very personable
and he is clear on
truth and we can be certain he was absolutely clear with the President about the ""sensitivities” of Catholics about religious liberty."" at that November 8th meeting. The word "betrayed" came up in the press regarding Dolan after the HHS announcement was made.
