His Beatitude Kyr Lubomyr receives gift of new cane

His beatitude Kyr Lubomyr receives as a new bishop's walking cane in February 2003 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The cane was created and given by Felix and Linda Kuehn, both converts to the UGCC. The cane itself it of a local wood topped with Native Indian bead work (something with which Mr. Kuehn is quite talented) and a commemorative gold coin of Pope John Paul II's pastoral visit to Canada in 1984. Pictured are Karl-Michael, Felix, Nicholas and Linda Kuehn with His Beatitude sitting; in hte background are Walter Dudych and Kyr David (Motiuk).
