Armando, a teenager from Greece who has made a few posts here appears [orthodoxchristianity.net] to be urgently in need of prayers.

I checked out the link provided by djs and under his avatar, he writes in Greek: Panayia (All Holy One, aka: the Virgin Mary) help me!

His poem is an old folk song of sadness and hidden meaning....something about how a rock wants to become a boulder and with every new dawn, he reverts...

In any case, may all the angels and saints, and most especially our blessed Theotokos and Panayia help this young man and miraculously bring help to him through God's mysterious ways.

Amen.

Humbly in our Lord,
Alice

DJS: I have sent him a pm through this forum. Please alert him to it. Thank you.

I have tried to help Armando and through all your holy prayers, he is feeling MUCH better today and sounds like a different person!

GLORY TO GOD!

It seems that young people all over the developed world are besieged by the same influences, the same worries and the same stresses...

Prayers for all of them.

In Christ,
Alice

Many prayers for the young lad. May he find comfort in God and peace in his soul.

On a related topic, the link attached is about another lad that committed suicide:

Hi Anton,

It is good to see you again, old friend! smile

Your link was very sad. The difference here is that Armando writes on religious forums and no one discounted his words. Thank God for that, for through spiritual words, concern, and holy prayers, things are definitely looking up for his state of mind!

Sometimes young people and even older people simply need someone to listen to them and to care about them. So many people, even of faith, are depressed because they feel unloved or overlooked. The world is so stressful, so superficial and so busy that this happens often.

May God work through all of us to be able to help another through a kind word, or just a moment of our time. This is so especially important for young people who tend to be hypersensitive to the reactions of adults towards them.

With best regards,
Alice
