Dear in Christ,

Friends of ours are out of state to adopt a baby. Last night, the baby went into full arrest. They resucitated him, & life flighted him to the hospital, where he was discovered to be bleeding internally. It's apparently a rare syndrome that happens mostly in Black newborns, and they're still trying to pin down a cause. If they can get the bleeding stopped, little Tobias has a chance, though there is fear of brain damage. My friends baptized him last night in the ER.

Please pray for the little guy, and all the folks who care for him.

Thanks,

Sharon

Dear Sharon,

May St John of God, the heart saint, intercede for the little one!

May our Lady, Queen of the Innocents of Bethlehem cover him with the protective mantle of Her prayers.

My prayers are with this little child, his new parents and all the staff caring for him, fighting for and with him.

May Our Blessed Lady, Mother of us all, support him in his struggle.

May the Child of Mary grant healing of Tobias. May he grant the strength of Mary and Joseph to his parents. May they feel the presence of the Spirit of Consolation. May God grant him health and long life!

Father, heavenly physician of our souls and bodies, who sent your only begotten Son our Lord, vist and heal thy servant Tobias granting him relief and release from pain and restoration to health. Amen.

Most Holy Trinity, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, Bless baby Tobias and we implore You to relieve him of his pain and suffering, granting him health and happiness for many years, as well as comfort to his new parents in this time of trial.

Holy Theotokos pray for Tobias and his parents

In Christ,

Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on this child and his family. Touch them Jesus and make their hearts like yours, full of hope and love that only you can give.

My heartfelt prayers go out to the little child of God, and to the parents who are trying to adopt him.
