Just heard secondhand that Phyllis - the mother of a parishioner - is in ICU with diabetic ketoacidosis and heart problems.
Would you throw some prayers her way - and for her family, who have had more stress this year than humans should be allowed to have already.

Lord Jesus Christ, the Great Physician reach your healing hand out to Phyllis and heal the years that the canker worm has eaten. Make her a new creation in your Jesus. Remove the stress from this family, grant them the grace to sing your praises and rejoice in you, our Saving God, for you inhabit the praises of your people. Amen

Prayers for Phyllis, that she be relieved of her illness and returned to her family and that God grant her many years. Prayers for her family, that they be comforted and able to cope with her illness and the stresses of their lives.
