My friends,

would you pray for me? I am not reluctant to bear the suffering of my illness, because in that I can be united to the suffering of our Savior. But I get fearful, and sometimes, the symptoms make it hard for me to function, and I feel so disappointed when I can't do the things I need to do in my day. I'm going to a new doctor, and he changed my medicines, and at first I was doing better, but i am having a bad day today, and feeling a lot of congestion and difficulty breathing. So now I am getting fearful. Mainly I pray for peace of mind and heart and relief from fear and the strength to do the things others count on me to do.

My prayers for your breathing problems and the frustrations that come with not having the energy and health you need to deal with the many daily obligations of life. Just take it easy, and don't demand too much of yourself, or be too hard on yourself. This is the way God made you, and God does NOT make mistakes... Not everyone is blessed with abundant energy and excellent health.

May our Lord, through the intercessions of His Most Holy Mother, and all the Saints, grant you physical health to complete the tasks of life, and may He grant you well being in every other way as well.
