Here I am back and already asking for your much needed and appreciated prayers.

I have developed a frozen shoulder which is very painful and requires painful therapy to get it working right. Had one years back and required 5 months of PT, but hoping this time I can loosen it up with the exercises they gave me to do. So far it is up and down and limits many actions and sleeping well at night.

Thanks so much for your prayers, friends!

Bless you.

Mary Jo

I know how painful a shoulder can be. Had PT myself for it (though it wasn't frozen) about a year and a half ago.

Will keep you in my prayers.

Dear Mary Jo, We will place your name on our prayer list today and remember you before the Lord. May He Who is Born for us and for our salvation---remove your pain that you may be able to do more for His glory!

In Him Who calls us,

Prayers for your ailing shoulder Mary Jo, in fact I just got in from Kingman Arz., though I had a zig zag road closure path back home up here in the Antelope Valley, CA.

Bless you all for your prayers.

James, sounds like you encountered some road closures due to the flooding?? We haven't had any in the Tucson area yet.

I do feel a bit better as the shoulder gains a little more mobility. Still hard to sit and type.

Dear Mary Jo,

I will definitely be praying for your shoulder to get more flexible and less painful as the day goes on!

Love,
Christine :-)

Thanks, Christine. Actually it is becoming 'more flexible and less painful' today just as you prayed it would. Amen!

Mary Jo,

My prayers that your shoulder will be returned to full flexibility and that the aches so common to we "older" folk will soon become a distant memory.

Many years,

Neil

Through the intercession of St Alphonsus Liguori, who suffered from many excruciatingly painful joint and muscle ailments, may you be granted relief from your suffering!

Dear praying friends,

Again thanks for your prayers. Here is an update on the "frozen shoulder" problem. First of all, it has not been diagnosed as technically FROZEN for which I am most grateful because that means months of p.t. are not ahead. My good O.D. read the x-rays and has determined it to be calcium deposits. Rest and anti-inflammatory medicine is the treatment. So I am now not exercising it too vigorously because that causes more discomfort and pain. I thank God that I feel much better. I am not spending as much time online, but as it gets better I hope too.

Looks like this month will be a better one for me than January was. smile

Blessings in gratitude,

Mary Jo <><

May the Lord continue to heal your shoulder ad bless you in all ways. I'm glad to hear it's not technically "frozen."

I've had my share of shoulder problems and I know how painful it can be....

Have you ever tried ultrasound treatments? That might help...or a good chiroprator. I have a great one who has done so much for my arthritis.

Wishing you all the best,
UIC- Sarah
