Fr. Eugene Linowski of teh Eparchy of Parma, after having completed a successful brain surgery to repair an arterial defect, choked on food in the hospital (perhaps due to a stroke) and is now in a coma. Prayers for this elderly priest.

smile Fr. Eugene Linowski's Condition not as serious as reported.

Fr. Gene has had arterial surgery on his neck in Columbus, OH. hospital, but is resting quietly; NOT in a coma as reported.
He is expected to recover at the home of a parisioner of St. John Chrysostom before completing surgery on the other side of his neck.

Calls, flowers, vists are, for the time being discouraged. When Fr. Gene is more recovered, and up and around, more status information is promised.

Your prayers and thoughts are welcomed and encouraged.

SLAVA ISUSU CHRISTU!

Continued healing and stength be renewed for Fr. Gene and his caregivers who are so graciously living out the Gospel message...

Our Father, Who art in heaven,
Hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come.
Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil. Amen....
