Hopefully some of you will be led by the Spirit to pray for Macedonian President Boris Trojkovski ( a devout Methodist Christian and lay minister) as he struggles against the odds to bring lasting peace to his troubled homeland. Since he is neither Orthodox or Muslim, perhaps he can build a bridge linking the two communities.

But even in a spiritual battle "against the odds," all things are possible with God.

May the Spirit of Wisdom guide His servant Boris as he serves his people. May all of God's children in that troubled land find healing in His work among them in the the efforts of the president of them all.

May the Peacemaker grant peace to us all.
