Every now and then I think of Father Gregory and sadly regret his absence here among us.

I pray for his health and happiness, both body and soul. And, ask the Lord to bless him abundantly during the upcoming holydays.

I miss Fr. Gregory too.

I have the prayer he gave me to help discern my vocation taped to the inside of my prayer book.

Everytime I say the prayer, I think of Fr. Gregory.

In Christ,

John

Rose 2 and John:

When we pray for another person, even when that person is no longer in regular contact, we are close to him/her when we are in Christ--in His Mystical Body, the Church. Continue to pray for Father Gregory wherever he is and for his intentions. By the grace of God we may meet in the Kingdom.

Lord, bless our brother by Baptism and our father by Ordination, Gregory, and grant him whatever You know he needs right now for health of soul, mind, and body. Grant him, also, whatever he may need to have a relationship with You for the balance of his life and finally enter Your Kingdom. Through the prayers of the Mother of God, Lord, hear and answer our prayers. AMEN.

AMEN!

I miss Fr. Gregory also frown I know wherever he is God is center most in his life and is taking care of him. Am I the only one, or is there kind of a void with him not praying with us. Yet somehow like Bob said, he is always praying with us. That is comforting!

Fr. Gregory brought to all of us an increase in faith and a love of prayer. He reached out and encouraged us to go forward in Christ's love trusting that Jesus would always be there for us. I have to say my prayer life is much richer for knowing Fr. Gregory. Maybe someday he will return.

There is so much craziness that happens over the internet, but there are so many wonderful things that cover the multitude of sin. Like praying together here and having men who so encourage us to draw closer to the Triune God in prayer and thanksgiving. As with all of our brothers of the cloth who reach out so faithfully to guide a flock they will never see until we knock on heavns door, for all of the priests and deacons gathered here a great big HUG! biggrin

May 'goodness and mercy' follow Fr. Gregory wherever he goes. It has been months but his goodness and mercy live on here.

In Christ,

Porter.

I am another soul whom Father Gregory comforted in my time of need. May the Holy Theotokos embrace him with her tender mercy, and may the light of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ continue to fill his heart with love.
