I will try my best not to drag this on, for it is a long story...

One of my old friends from church, Adrienne, moved out of her parent's house in April (when she turned 18) and moved into an apartment with her boyfriend in Arkansas. I've only just heard from her within the last couple of months about her life over there, which seemed to be going really well, until I received her most recent letter. She and her boyfriend were both laid off at their work and are now missing payments on the apartment, car and insurance. I humbly ask for your prayers for her (and also for Jason, her boyfriend) that she'll find another job and not end up on the streets. I would also like for you all to pray for their personal situation (living together), that at least her conscience (I don't know Jason at all, much less his denomination, if any) will kick in one of these days...

I hope this wasn't too long, but thank you for reading it.

Yours in Christ and the Theotokos,

Byz Girl

For the situation at hand and that they come into right relationship with God in all their activities and relationship...

Our Father, Who art in heaven,
Hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come.
Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil. Amen....

Prayers for Adrienne and Jason, that their worldly crises be alleviated and that they resolve their personal situation in a manner compatible with the best interests of their spiritual lives.

May the Lord direct their steps!

May the Lord God grant to his servants Adrienne and Jason, help and strength, and every blessing.
