Dear forum friends, In your charity please pray for my husband, Ron. He has come down with a virus.  I took him to the doctor in town yesterday. Whenever this happens he needs antibiotics right away because some years ago he had heart valve repair surgery and infections can easily travel to the valve. It is always a serious concern and we appreciate your prayer support. Also pray for me that I don't catch the virus so that I can take good care of him. In Christ and the Theotokos, Mary Jo..thanking all who pray.

Dear Mary Jo, Prayers for Ron's health and for you! Keep up the Vitamin C intake and wash your hands often, eat lots of vegetables, get fresh air and exersize, and lots of sleep, and you will be fine!  (Do the same for Ron too, so that he can get well quickly which is ofcourse very important for him now. I have found that taking echinacea w/vitamin C supplements at the very first trace of a viral infection coming on works miracles as long as you keep up all the other good habits.) Most Holy Theotokos pray for them! wash your hands often And the soap needs to stay on your hands for at least 20 seconds....lets get technical here....want to kill those germs, not just slow them down  Throw the kleenex away as soon as it is used!

Amado, Yes, the chicken soup was delicious. Ron's med's are working pretty well. He just vaccumed the carpet, because now I am down with the bug. Thanks for your prayers for both of us. Blessings, Mary Jo

Dear People of prayer, To all of you our heartfelt thanks. We are both over the virus now and leave for Arizona soon.
