Dear brethren:
I humbly ask you again for your prayers for my mother, Carmen. As you may remember, she had a stroke last May 21. After some studies it appeared that she has a problem in one of her cartotid arteries. Next tuesday, July 19 she is going to go into surgery to have an angioplasty and get a new stent implanted.
This will be her third surgery of arteries and she's somehow delicate. Please, pray to Our Lord and His Holy Mother for my mother's health.

Dear Bernardo,
I certainly will pray for your dear mother. I am asking the Lord to bless her and give her peace and comfort in which ever way He Himself deems fit.
I also ask that our Lord will comofort and give you strength during these trying times. That He will do what He wills and what is best for you, your mother, and every member of your family.

Lord Jesus Christ, we place Carmen totally into your caring hands. Strengthen her heart, mind, and spirit, guiding the doctors in the treatment for her condition. Restore to her what her health has eaten, and let her rejoice in the love of a wonderful family.
Most Holy Theotokos pray for Carmen and her family that they may be at peace.

Dear Brethren:
First of all thank you for all of your prayers. Yesterday my mother went into surgery and the Drs were amazed to discover that the blockage that appeared in all of the different studies was only a slight curvature of her left carotid and the stent she already has is working perfectly well. However, they discovered she has advanced artherosclerosis (sp?) in her legs, but seems it can be treated with medicine and slight exercise.
I really appreciate all your support, and I pray to Our Lord for all of you and your families.
