SLAVA ISUSU CHRISTU!

In your charity, please remember the Amish school children murdered this morning by a gunman who then took his own life.

The children were in their 1-room school outside of Lancaster, PA.

From news reports, it appears that between 3-5 children, girls I believe from news report, were killed.

May Our Heavenly Father send his angels to escort these special ones into His Kingdom!

Lord have mercy. These girls were apparently very young. Can you think of a greater form of innocence in America than an Amish girl? This man was a beast of the worst sort. May God have mercy on the souls of his handmaids who entered glory today, and on their families that grieve because Hell took a human form.

I just read that the fifth Amish girl has died. Five remain hospitalized. frown

Lord have mercy on all. Grant continued healing for those young girls and strength for their families and friends.

God have mercy on the soul of the gunman. Help his wife and children through this ordeal.

Most of all, God, send St. Michael and the angels to guard and protect our school children from further violence and death.

My heartfelt prayers. <><

Porter.

Prayers for all, *including* the murderer's children and wife, who now have to live on their own knowing that their father/husband murdered all these people. Despite him being a psychopath, they will feel mourning and the stigma and psychological wounds of his actions will scar them for the rest of their earthly lives.

The pain inflicted on so many people by this man's evil and demonic actions is unbelievable.

May our Lord help and grant strength to the grieving families of the murdered innocents.

Kyrie Eleison!

In Christ,
Alice

Prayers for the children and their families, both the victims and the perpetrator.

I have been privileged to make casual acquaintance with members of the Amish communities here in Western Pennsylvania and Ohio, and have always come away blessed by the encounters.

Wishing them all good and Many Years,
Bill

O God of all spiritual and corporeal beings, You Who trampled death, broke the power of Satan and granted life to the whole world, now, O Lord, grant rest to the souls of Your departed handmaidens, Naomi Rose, Anna Mae, Marian, Mary Liz, and Lena, innocent children, taken from this world before they had the opportunity to experience the fullness of their lives. Lead them, O Lord, to a place of light, freshness, and peace, where there is neither pain nor sorrow, neither weeping nor mourning.

As You are a gracious God and the Lover of mankind, remember them and forgive them every transgression committed by them in word, deed, or thought, since there is no man alive who has not sinned, for You alone are without sin and You are the Resurrection and the Life, O Christ our God, and we render glory to You, together with Your Eternal Father, and Your most Holy, gracious, and life-giving Spirit, now and ever and forever. Amen.

May their memory be eternal.

Grant also, O Lord, peace to their families and loved ones and to the community of gentle folk from whom they came, may all be comforted in the belief that their souls are with You.

Prayers also for the man who did this, that in his last moments, he repented of his sins, and prayers especially for his widow and fatherless children, who will be haunted by this for all their lives.

And, O Lord, give strength to those critically injured youngsters who survived, that they may recover from their wounds and be returned to the love of their families, and, as well, those who escaped physically unharmed, but will remember these events for their whole lives.

"One day all our ethnic traits ... will have disappeared. Time itself is seeing to this. And so we can not think of our communities as ethnic parishes, ... unless we wish to assure the death of our community."

I offer my prayers for the innocent lambs Naomi Rose, Anna Mae, Marian, Mary Liz, and Lena may they rest in peace with Our Lord, God, and Savior whom they and their ancestors cut themselves off from the world to serve.

I offer my prayers for the man who killed these little ones. May the mercy of Our Savior be with him I pray that in his last moments he thought a cry for mercy and repentance.

How long, O lord... how long will you allow these atrocities to occur?

May the Holy Spirit intercede that this horrible form of violence never happen again. May this be the last school shooting.

Also prayers for the victims of the Russian school overrun by terrorists several years ago..
