I've always thought that one should pray to St. Thomas More for his intercession in such cases...after all there isn't a better example of courage in the face of consequences than St. Thomas More. We will certainly add your name to our prayerlist tomorrow for this intention.
Lord, we ask through the intercession of St. Thomas More for courage for your servant to withstand any difficulty that will come from his having taken a stand for the truth. Give him the courage of his convictions and help him to hold out in the name of truth and honesty in spite of the discomfort and pressures of this world. Help him to be an example of fortitude and strength in the midst of mediocrity and show those around him that he has the conviction to stand up for You and for virtue in the midst of the world! Most Holy Mother of God, Seat of Wisdom, give your servant support for his convictions and help him with withstand the winds that may blow because of his honesty!

Lord, grant your servant, Manuel, grace for this situation, wisdom in using just the right words, and protection from all harm. May the angels of the Lord surround him and his loved ones. Although the boat may be temporarily rocked let there be smooth sailing ahead.

Prayers for my brother, Manuel, that he be guided to act in wisdom and courage and with strength, that he be protected, that the results be favorable to his well-being and that of others, and that God grant him many years.

Come, Holy Spirit, Who filled our brother, Manuel, on the day he was chrismated, and guide him in the present day. Give him the words he should speak and the actions he should take so that his situation may have a godly end for the glory of the Father, Who is from everlasting, and for the glory of Our Lord, Jesus Christ, Who loved us all so much that He came to destroy death for us by His Holy Passion, Death, and Glorious Resurrection. May his words and actions reflect back to You, O Comforter, and give back to You the glory because of the inspiration You bring to us. AMEN.
