Dear all:

I was notified today that a friend from college died while studying her LLM in Spain. She got pneumonia and it got complicated with a heart attack. I humbly ask for your prayers for her eternal rest. Her name is Teresita and was only 27.

God bless you all.

May her memory be eternal+

It does not make sence to us that one so young dies but my mind always runs to this Scripture

WISDOM 4
7
But the just man, though he die early, shall be at rest.
8
For the age that is honorable comes not with the passing of time, nor can it be measured in terms of years.
9
Rather, understanding is the hoary crown for men, and an unsullied life, the attainment of old age.
10
2 He who pleased God was loved; he who lived among sinners was transported--
11
Snatched away, lest wickedness pervert his mind or deceit beguile his soul;
12
For the witchery of paltry things obscures what is right and the whirl of desire transforms the innocent mind.
13
Having become perfect in a short while, he reached the fullness of a long career;
14
for his soul was pleasing to the LORD, therefore he sped him out of the midst of wickedness. But the people saw and did not understand, nor did they take this into account.

We will add Teresita to our prayerlist and remember her daily.

May the angels take her into Paradise, may the martyrs come to welcome her and may she, with the once poor Lazarus have Eternal Life!

With sympathy,
+Fr. Gregory

Prayers for Teresita, that the Lord lead her soul to a place of light and love, a place of peace and joy, where there is neither pain nor suffering, neither grief nor sighing, but only life everlasting.

Memory eternal.

Bernardo,

My prayers for the respose of the soul of Teresita and for the comfort of those she has left behind. Life is fragile and we never know why some go home so soon and others live out many more years....

Blessings,

+Padre Gregorio
