It seems that you will have a great time. And those monasteries will enchant your soul. They are very beautiful.
May our Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, give you a safe trip till Romania, and enlighten and strengthen you to do your best.
Maybe you will tell us your impressions after your return. Or you may post here during your travel, when you may find 15 min free.
Do you learn Romanian? It would be fine if you would know some basic in this language. You will need.

Alex If I come across one, I'll see what I can do. Would you settle for a Nicula icon [ ici.ro] ? It was originally Greek Catholic.  The story of this icon is also reminiscent of the Mariapocs icon. Dave
