Ok, sometime ago I let everyone know that I was accepted into the Carmelite pre-novitiate.
Well that was put on hold with the possibility of my entering either in the Winter semester or the next fall.
They wished to "re-do" the interview. I flew down to Houston, TX, last week. Got the word today.
I had finally decided to leave it in the hands of the Lord and take it as it comes. Well the word has come.
I enter Monday, 1/23. As it turns out, I only need 3 semesters to finish my college, so this puts me on track for the novitiate in August of 2007.
So I would like to ask for prayers for my time in the pre-novitiate but especially for the long drive from Rochester, NY, to Houston, TX. I will start this trip either Friday or Saturday morning.
This is the end of one long journey and the start of a new one.
