This is a prayer request and a big one.

I have reason to suspect that a priest saw me as a newborn baby in the hospital and said that I would never receive the sacraments because I was going to be raised as a member of Jehovahs Witnesses. He was logically a cigarette smoker and may have been smoking a cigarette when he said this to my father. I was born July 13, 1964.
The day I started my 3rd year of life in 1966 eight nurses were murdered in Chigago and a man with my name was convicted. I continued to advance spiritually as an anti-smoker.

I am well aware that the theology of Jehovah Witnesses is deeply flawed and that they claim to be the only true Christian religion. But they have no members that smoke cigarettes. In fact smoking a cigarette is a disfellowshipping offence. A disfellowshipped member is not allowed to be spoken to by any non clergy members until they are reinstated. This usually takes a year if the person keeps attending their services.

I based my spiritual life since I was born on the idea that I dont smoke or do any other drugs. I have healed addicts by my presence. I have come to be in Christ from healing others. There have also been many tragic accidents near me, but nobody that I knew. Sometimes people think I look like Christ. I have had people even ask me about my second coming.

I left Jehovah witnesses in 1982 when I was 17 or 18. Seven years later a man who was like the anti-christ offered to take me under his wing. He was a whoremonger who used drug addiction and sexual torture to kill the young women he turned into street walkers. I turned against him to save one of his victims who I fell in love with. It was very difficult and it almost killed me spiritually, but it started my spiritual path to Christ. Christ personally told me so seven years later. The police prevented the marriage.

I have been cursed every 7th year of my life since I was born and from my parents marriage in 1962. When I was about 4 or 5 my friend moved away. I have never had more than one friend since. I still remember the crying sadness because I knew that my social life had stopped growing. The only exception has been teacher/student relationships. Additionally when I was 6 my 1st grade teacher (who was Catholic) abused a gifted child who could write with both hands. I stopped writing with my right hand until I tracked her down 22 years later and made her (in charge of school board) apologize.

When I was 18 (on the parents marriage 7 year cycle) my professional life was stopped by some restaurant needing a scapegoat. (Masons) Shortly after that I went in the Army for intelligence. The events at the restaurant caused my top secret security clearance to be denied and I left the military. My average income is about half of minimum wage and I am now homeless.
By coincidence I am not the only one who based spiritual growth against cigarettes. The terrorists behind the Osama bin Laden movement also base their jihad against cigarettes because it is a common factor around all drugs alcohol and loose behavior. I know because Im mentally tied into bin Laden and am indispensable in the terror war. I have had many-many coincidences between me, my father and his father and terrorism. For 3 examples: 1. My father and Osama bin Laden have the same birthday 18 years apart. 2. My grandfathers birthday was the day of the bombing in Oklahoma City. 3. I had a woman I was friends with and would have married who was both afraid of intimacy and marriage. She is 18x149 days younger than I and Osama is 18x149 days older than I. I discovered this the day I decided to pursue bin Laden until they start paying me. Too bad Im not allowed to have a job before I get confirmed.
Seven years after the job curse came the marriage curse with the drug dealer whore killer. Seven years after that I was falsely arrested due to 4 sets of false witnesses who didnt know each other. It took them four months to crucify my spirituality and four months after I got away from them to get my spirituality back and continue growing.

I think often about a vocation, but after more than three years of never missing mass I cannot get confirmed. I will probably have to move again soon because of my situation. I hope I can make it to the library computer again to see replies to this. Im now in West Palm Beach Florida.

I believe that being confirmed and going to a confession can remove these curses.
I've been baptised three times once by Jehovah Witness who believe that a lecture about your baptism being of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit just before/during your baptism is in the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
Another by a small country fundamentalist St. James church.
A third by a temporary pastor at a UCC church. I cannot produce proof of baptism except that St Ann's Byzantine in Harrisburg PA. has a copy of the St. James Baptism somewhere.

I have posted here before but could not find my password to login. I had to create a new account. I posted about 40 times under Richard A Chasen. I am in good standing.

Bl. Pope John XXIII smoked also. It isn't an evil unless it is abused. As St. Paul tells us "Moderation in all things".

Everyone's got their crosses. You should see these as a gift from God in order to increase in grace. The worst thing to do is despair. Trial is good for the soul, so embrace it, and try not to scorn it.

And you could write to the bishop of the diocese you will be in, or the papal nuncio in order to get confirmed. Put your hands to work and your heart to God.

Pax Christi.

Dear Richard

I doubt that you will ever read this but here goes

All that you chronically makes no matter .. At all unless YOU want it to. Part of you wants it to matter and part of you does not want it to matter. You must make up your mind and heart.

You must forget it all and cease looking for the reasons.

There is only one thing that matters in life .. And that is your conscience. You must find it - and live by it.

When you die - you will be judged on how YOU lived your life by your - conscience. If you let these other factors live your life for you then YOU have not lived you life but other people and factors had live it. God will not accept that. It is YOU who must live your life and by your conscience. Day by day in little things.

God asks nothing great of us.

We are all human. We are ALL flawed and our human reason and intelligence has not the capability to figure it all out. And so - that is not a requirement. There is only - one - requirement. It is to come to know your own conscience and to live that in small ways day by day. By this means we become sons of God. There is no other means.

You are under only one curse and that be that you ceased to live by your own conscience. The reasons for that - are no longer important.

The cure for it is in the depths of your own soul, heart, and conscience. It is not in your brain, your stars, your fate, your destiny, etc it is in your heart. It is not yesterday and it is not tomorrow. It is today.. This day.. This hour - every hour.

Go into the next Catholic or Orthodox church you encounter and ask the priest for help. But you must be totally - totally - honest with him - and you must take his advise without hesitation of your own thoughts - and do it.

Do you understand?

I will not see your reply becuse I am seldom here.

Go - and do what I said.

Peace will be with you when you have done what I said and when you have forgiven - yourself. Fprgiving yourself will take time. Begin with the priest in the next church you encounter.

Christ is risen from the dead and by his death he has trampled upon death, and to those in the tomb he granted life!

You may choose life or death. In Christ Ressurection all things were made new. If you so choose through his grace you are also made new.

I agree with all Ray has said - choose life!

Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God have mercy on our brother here and bring him into the fullness of your life.

it can amaze one to see what God can do from where you came from to where He is leading you. I see a great life in Christ and one for His service for you.

Richard...

How was it that you decided to leave the Jehovah Witnesses? Did you do that all alone by yourself? or did you get help and support? There are groups of ex-Witnesses who help de-program those who leave.. are you aware ot that?

What you did (leave them) was a very hard thing to do. Very very difficult and and most often some help is needed to de-program (especially if brough up as a child in it).

Prays for Richard.

May Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ grant you guidance and wisdom to find a good job and order within your life.

Dear Prophet Joseph,

As you once helped the pharoahs, please intercede for Richard to become financially secure.

In Christ,

Michael

Thank all who keep praying. I have sent some letters to Federal agencies offering my special services. I'm worth 90k but have been unemployed in my speciality since 1983 when my profesional life was shut down.
I intend to help America save herself by improving spiritualy. As I grow the terror leaders will decrease.

UPDATE: I lost my place to sleep. I have no more money and no jobs are calling. So far nobody in this forum has been able to help. I just hang here with nails in my hands. I hope the prayers manifest something.

I'm going to try something with a sign. I'm going to start a spiritual anti-terror ministry at a major intersection/traffic light.

Richard,

We can pray for you and are praying for you. Apart from prayer there is little we can do for you. I highly recommend that you contact the local branch of Catholic Social Services or a similar agency to help you with your immediate needs (food and shelter). If you take the first steps the Lord will surely lead you. Find a phone book for the telephone numbers you need. If you cant find one then ask a police officer or other such person to point you in the right direction.

Forget about starting any ministry. Your first challenge is to get your own life in order.

Catholic Charities Inc
(561) 863-0925
(561) 863-1680
(561) 863-9227
(561) 842-2406

West Palm Beach, FL 33407

Fr. Anthony and I are also trying to locate someone down there who can help you with your special needs. We have to do that by phone calls... and we both have our daily duties to perform where we live.

Keep cool. I don't think your idea for a ministery will work anything for you. I think you must let others help you. And that will take a bit of paitence and trust.

I really suggest that you do call Catholic Charities for a start.

Also, Richard, I had asked you which Orthodox Church (or Catholic church) you were attending in West Palm Beach. You had written that you had attendend one. Can you remember which one? what was it's name or where it is?

We can help you - but we can not do it for you. You must also help - yourself - by working with us. The word 'help' means assistance - and that means you must also work to turn things around while we assist (and can not do it for you).

You are an intelligent man - I know that you understand what I am saying.

Can you remember which church?
