Glory To Jesus Christ! Glory forever!

Is there no one out here/there who has the ability to establish another video site like, 'Youtube', BUT - ONLY CATHOLIC CONTENT. YT has some beautiful short Catholic related videos posted there, and it is a horror to see them displayed along with all of the smutty ones. If anyone has been thinking of starting a site such as this, please, PLEASE do! I wish I had the money and know how, because I would. That Our Dear Lord Jesus and Lady, The Blessed Virgin, be released from the evil company they must share space with on YT. Sacrilige! Prayers of reparation!
Many Happy Years and God Bless you all! - Gv.

Then the issue would become what types of Catholic content it should have. Should the devil distributing communion be on there? Cowboy masses? What about Catholic bands? What about Catholic bands at Mass? If the worst of the Catholic world is put on there, it won't be any better.

CATHOLIC content - those things are NOT CATHOLIC. They may be Catholic 'News', but, not needed on a site I propose.

That it would be a holy and wholesome Catechesis by video example. Include Catholic History, film clips from Catholic movies, Divine Liturgies, Latin Masses, Quorbono, Pilgrimages for those of us who could not Attend, but would love to, "see", happenings in Rome, the Pope, Catholic School & Religious Ed students events, clips of miraculous icons, lives of the saints whenever possible, devotions, sermons, etc... that is what I envision, anyway...God Bless! - Gv. smile

What, no clips of Roman Catholic 'religious' getting down with rappers???

Brothers in da Hood [youtube.com]

And before anyone starts questioning if these were 'real' Catholic 'religious' - the Friars' have a photograph (second one from the top) of the event on their own website.

Wonder what St. Francis would think of that video? Somehow I get the since this isn't exactly what he had in mind.

I coudn't understand a word they said, so I guess they didn't say anything offensive. I guess at least this didn't happen at Mass.

Did you happen to catch the girl in the audience making the hand sign for the devil? Real good, real good.

Franciscan Friars of the Renewal is Fr. Benedict Groschels order.

Besides everything else they do, ministry also includes care/evangelization to the homeless and drug/alcohol addicted, prostitutes so forth. What may seem odd to us, I think is the fact that they meet people where they are at.

I sure am not going to criticize their ministry. Mother Theresa was their mentor biggrin I really don't think I could walk in their shoes. Could you?

Grapevine,

I love the idea! I could see it becoming an extremely popular website.

The issues that have been broached, though, are interesting ones.

Do you recall the "twirling gospel" video from two years ago? With all the nunsense...er, nonsense going on these days, I'm afraid that screening these videos would be a full time job for a team of reviewers.
