How Ironic that it ended up on youtube which probably infringed on the copyright unless "Weird Al" posted it himself.
I think the same goes for bands who perform songs on stage. Technically, a band is supposed to pay a royalty to the artist who wrote the song. I must have infringed on literally thousands of copyrights when I was in my bands!
Is it pathetic that Kirk and Picard are ACTUALLY mounted side-by-side on the wall above my bed? Not to worry, my icons and crucifix get the windowsill...

YouTube is no longer in the infringement business, they recently signed licensing agreements with Warner Bros., Sony BMG, Universal, and CBS. So now we can enjoy that video and no longer feel the guilt of "material cooperation."
