Great show EWTN, Great show...

You Ukrainians are a steadfast people. I was touched by the story of the bravery of the members of the Greek Catholic Church during the persecutions. Seeing that worn wooden Rosary hanging on the wall...that is fidelity. I wonder if the English Catholic community would show such fidelity in the face of what the soviets thrust upon you.

Watching this documentary from the bosom of a country called 'neo-pagan' by its Catholic Bishops I was truly heartened. If the Ukrainian church can pick itself up from under the feet of the Red Devil then Satannic secularism cannot overcome the power of the Pantokrator, Christ the King.

God Bless those beautiful little children who know not the name of Lenin! smile

I viewed the program and was impressed also. I think it would have had more impact if it were hosted by the Ukranian Patriarch rather than Bishop George. The Patriarch has a perfect grasp of English. I would liked to have an Eastern perspective rather than Roman.
Just my two cents

I would guess that the English don't wish you Soottish subjects to get any ideas from the Ukranians.

We watched it yesterday. Was very interesting. I wonder if it isn't part of the Fatima message as such.

It will air again Friday
