As the year draws to the close, I propose that we try to recall that one thread that we have enjoyed or appreciated above all others.

I'll go first. My favorite thread of the year can be found in the Byzantine Faith and Worship Forum. it was on "The Divine Liturgy Translation'.

I welcome your nominations.

Deacon John,
Christ is Born! Glorify Him!
I immediately came to the same conclusion. The "Divine Liturgy Tranlation" was most meaningful to me throughout the year.
Amen, Amen, Amen.

Dear Friends,

Since I don't need a translation from the Slavonic or archaic Ukrainian, that thread didn't make much of an impression on me at all smile .

But it was interesting nevertheless!

Father Deacon,

I second your nomination. I found our discussions on the Liturgy, and the new translations very interesting and helpful. Many of my own ideas were formed more clearly by being aired (and challenged) in this place.
