Tomorrow, the Senate will vote on Roman Catholic and former Arkansas Right to Life President Holmes to be a federal judge.

The Democratic Senators of Arkansas support him, but Republican Senators Kaye Bailey Hutchinson, Specter, Collins, Snowe are opposed. All those ByzCaths in PA call Specter!

Tomorrow is also the Julian vespers of the Nativity of St. John the Baptist. Hopefully, the Senate will confirm a judge that would allow the nativity of the unborn.

He made it!!! biggrin

Glad that the stress of the nomination process is over for them - his daughter was at college with me briefly; the process has been dragging on for years. He should have been confirmed/rejected over a year ago, IIRC - but he made it finally. biggrin
