Hi!!! Dominus vobiscum. Greetings to all in the Lord Jesus!!!
As I have mentioned in a previous topic, I know that this is a Byzantine Forum. However, there has been much kindness and I am wondering if there are any ladies out there, or anyone who knows of any ladies, that fit what I am looking for and could kindly respond, please. Even if somebody comes close, that would be great, too!!! The reason being is that I would just like to correspond with these kinds of ladies because it would be nice to know that there are others, out there, who are experiencing the same, or similar, situations as I am and it would be nice for a sort of support. Maybe something will flourish out of it.
I am looking for at least one lady (more would be great) who loves Roman Catholic tradition, who loves the Latin Tridentine Mass, who is preferably between the ages of 25-40 (give or take a few years), who has been a Roman Catholic nun or Sister in the past and wants to be one again but can't because of either age, slight health problems or both, and probably feels frusterated because of this---just the same as I do. So, if there's anyone who fits this catagory, or if you know of anyone who does, I'd really be happy to hear from you!!!
God bless!!!
Ave Maria

You didn't see my post on your "convents and monasteries" one -- I was wondering if you wished me to try to find out the name of that directory, or do you already have one -- I'm sure your diocese has one, but I'll be happy to find out from mine, if you want. cs

Well, I stopped by the diocesan offices today, but they're presently out of the book I wanted - I don't know the exact title but it's a paperback book which I believe is put out by some main office in Washington, DC -- and it lists all the communities of sisters and brothers, (including eastern Catholic as I recall from looking at it awhile back). It lists them individually with the name, location, address, phone, number of professed and novices, and their main apostolate (such as prayer, teaching, and so on).
Now unfortunately, I just don't know the name of it, but is it possible you might be able to contact your own diocese to see if they have this book? It's called something like "Religious Directory" ... and I also recall that it is free.
I am sorry I don't have a copy of the book nor the other information at this time. Oops!
Maybe if you go online with 'vocations' into a search engine ...
