In other words Dan, you are taking your toys and going home because no one wants to play by your arbitrary rules? Moe

Those of us who are Catholic either Eastern or Roman must read Michael Rose's, "Goodbye Goodmen". If you haven't got it yet take a look at the reviews at Amazon.com http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/stores/detail/-/books/0967637112/customer-reviews/qid%3D1021671897/sr%3D8-1/ref%3Dsr%5F8%5F1/102-6262247-0712925

This sounds like an interesting book. I even agree with the title! I've seen many good men leave in disgust due to such things. Many left to get married for they couldn't stand the climate. This, indeed, is a tough issue, just as tough as heterosexual men cheating on their wives. Where does orientation fit in here? Personally, I think we are all oriented to sin and we are oriented in taking that sin to the extreme if given the opportunity.

A homosexualist or someone who participates in homosexual actions is all that I am interested in. I don't care and I doubt that it matters what "orientation" a person has been conditioned to think he has. I have no idea why anyone would claim any orientation. I can guess that some do out of a desire for noteriety but I don't claim that that is the only reason one would claim such.

The point is that for both science and theology the category is irrelavent. I do not wish to discuss something that has no basis in either science or revelation.

Some day I will tell you about Buddhism.

Dan Lauffer

Dan,

Oh, please do tell about Buddhism. Why would anyone claim to be 'oriented' with Buddhism. Likewise why claim to be Catholic, Orthodox, Protestant or whatever?
There are those who claim to be More ORTHODOX!, More CATHOLIC!, or More PROTESTANT!, than those around them soley for the purpose of inciting dissention.

If the category is irrelevant for both science and theology, why did you bring it up?!!!

Just wondering...not judging
