I saw an angel in my yard. He gave me some fancy underwear and left some golden tablets. The golden tablets said, "send money to Charles." wink

Roger, a pierogie now would be better than waiting for Konrad, right?
All yo have to do is simply make the dough, roll it out. Make some mashed potatoes, mix in ingredients (cheese, sauerkraut, whatever you want), cut out a circle from the dough. Put the filling in the middle of the dough, fold over and pinch or use fork.. Don't let the filling get near the edges.

How do you fry them? In oil? In a buttered skillet?

I don't see what the big fuss is about, really. WE always knew that pirohi are sacred. Jesus's appearance was only to strengthen the faith of the weak, and to guide them to the truth about our holy foodstuff.

Who's the patron saint of pirohi makers?
