Many thanks for this link.

What is so upsetting is that when people like me want to be accepted under the omophor of this wonderful bishop, we can't get in because local new-rite bishops always have the say in what goes on, despite the fact that Vl. Daniel is vicar for the Old Rite, regardless of location!

You don't have to answer that. I wouldn't want to hurt your chances of getting accepted under Bishop Daniil's omophorion even more . . .
