I tried the V-8 Soup recipe. I used 2 46-ounce bottles of regular V-8, a box of Swanson liquid Vegtable soup base, a bag of frozen vegatables, some frozen broccoli from another bag, 2 cans of beans, a can of corn, and a couple of chopped fresh potatoes.

The soup is pretty good, though I wish I used some more fresh vegatables. Also, I think that the recipe would be a lot cheaper to make if I used a few cans of tomato paste and some water, rather than the V-8.
