To our dear PYROHY, thank you!
That will work cool, cuz i think if the zip code is there the markers should point right about to the location of the church.
Gona try it out!

I did it, I entered our Church. It gives an orange marker on the list and not the site but still, it denotes the location for anyone who would be looking. http://www.frappr.com/byzcath

Pani Rose, Awesome. I'm still going to look and see if I can create another map we can subscribe to as well, that way if it does work we'll have two ways of identifying our parishes. Mine is Our Lady of Perpetual Responsibility

It took me a while to realise I cant be on the map twice as me in Esperance and the UGCC parish which is 720 Kms away airport to airport. I nearly ended up in Puerto Rico . Ned will have to do as the nearest Russian Catholic Centre on the map and the Cathedral for the UGCC Eparchy.

Pavel put yourself in there at your Church address and not your home address this time, that is what I did and it worked.

Can it show me as being in 2 places? My church is so far away from where I live.

Pavel use your name along with the name of your Church and the Church's address. Do it as a new entry.
If you look at mine, you will find there is an orange marker over top of the red marker. When it is setting up, you will see the red one go on then the orange one.
WE are hoping to be able to get one that will just let us mark all of our churches by themsleves, but I also think it works this way.
But try that Pani Rose

My question is how do I keep my position in regard to where I live on one map and show where the closest UGCC Church is? My problem is I am 720 Kms (dont ask me what that is in Miles) from the Church.
Next question is define Byzantine Church. is that of the Byzantine tradition or the shorthand for Ruthenian American? I was going to pick Byzantine (blue pin) then thought that maybe as the Church I go to is UGCC that maybe it should go under 'other' the white pin.

In my map I put sui juris in front of Byzantine Catholic so people could place ukrainian or melkite or whatnot on the parish level. Panel, put your parish address in the new map, even if it is 720 clicks away.

Well after much playing around I have done it. My home town is on one and the Church is on the other map.

Awesome Pyhory and Pavel!
I wonder if we can get the Deacon to chage the heading in town hall for us? That way it would reflect the church map too. What could we say to let folks know to mark it for their parrish?
