The B.C. missions in Hagerstown, Md., and in Gaithersburg, Md., are looking at doing a joint ad in the religion section of the daily newspaper in Frederick, Md. (Frederick City/County is about halfway between D.C. and Hagerstown, sits on the I270 and I70 corridor, and has an exploding population.)
In contacting the newspaper regarding the ads, I also informed them about the upcoming youth rally at Mt. Saint Mary, which is in northern Frederick Co. I was told the message got passed on to the Religion Editor. So... maybe we'll get some coverage. The Solemn Divine Liturgy would make for some beautiful photos.
My apologies to any or all out there who may have already taken this initiative. I just wanted to be sure we didn't miss the opportunity. Sometimes paid advertising garners "special attention" if you know what I mean. (Wink) (Nod)
