A few days before Christmas I was at work and began to have chest pain, and my left arm went numb. I was brought into ER, where the doctor said after a couple hours of observation that it was from too much caffeine and stress. I have felt funny off and on since, and am hoping there is nothing more serious going on.

My dear brother in Christ,

May God bring you to health and if necessary, may He enlighten your doctors to get you the help which you need. May the miraculous healer in Heaven, St. Nektarios, intercede for you at this worrisome time.

I offer my prayer through St. Luke that your condition will get better and your stress will be reduced.

Caffeine will do that. It is good to stop drinking it or at least cut down. It makes my heart skip beats whenever I overdo.
My cardiologist had me limit this (including soft drinks and tea with caffeine in them as well as coffee). I do okay with only one or two cups in the a.m. Stress certainly can be adding to this too.

My heartfelt prayers for improvement of this condition and that you'll feel better soon. If needed consulting a cardiologist would be good who may or may not give you the same evaluation, but you'll have more assurance as to what it is.

Peace and blessings,

In the Name of Jesus,

Porter
