I found what I believe to be the final translation of the liturgy on the Patronage of the Mother of God Byzantine Catholic Church's website. Here is a link: http://www.patronagechurch.com/Liturgy_Study/DL.Seminary.pew.NOV2006/Divine_Liturgy_NOV2006.htm Question 1: Is this the final liturgy? Question 2 Where is the litany before the Our Father (with the "Grant it O Lord")? Question 3 Where is the "Blessed is the entrance of you saints... during the little entrance? Question 4: Are there going to be any more musical settings optional for the Incarnation Hymn and the Creed?
I thought that in this new liturgy that the litany before the Our Father was going to be optional? I love the prayers during this litany, and I am going to miss them.

This is a booklet version of the new translation, with several optional elements and much of the music omitted, which has been used at the Cathedral for the past 2-3 years.

1. There's much not in the booklet.
2. See 1.
3. The People's text does not include all the priest's prayers; the Ordo does not seem to direct that "Blessed is the entrance" be said in a loud voice.
4. Yes - although the printed music has not yet been released, the Metropolitan Cantor Institute has recordings of the music in the new Divine Liturgies book: Recorded Music [metropolitancantorinstitute.org] . If you look, I think you will find the litany you're looking for.

Yours in Christ,
Jeff Mierzejewski
