Dear all,

Please remember in your prayers my wife, Liliana.

She has been struggling for a few months with a sore throat. As the condition persisted for such a long time, she finally went to a specialist a couple of weeks ago she. The doctor detected a "lump" on one of her vocal chords.

He says it is not malignant, but rather the product of "use and abuse" or her voice (a brave man, this doctor, he's gone where I've never dared to wink )

She was forbidden to sing, effective immediately, which is very hard for her (she used to be the director of the choir at St. Paschal's).

She will now receive speech therapy and, later this month, she will go back to the specialist to schedule a surgical procedure to remove the lump.

None of this is life-threatening, of course, for which we are very grateful, but leaving the choir was not exactly the way Liliana was envisioning to spend Christmas time this year and, if the condition worsens, then even her job as a Spanish teacher would be in jeopardy.

Please pray for her, that our merciful God, if it is according to His will, may restore her voice so she can keep teaching His children and singing His praises.

Thank you.

Shalom,
Memo

Through the intercession of St. Blaise, I pray that Liliana's throat will heal and she will keep on singing. Lord have mercy on Liliana!

May St Blaise intercede on Liliana's behalf and may she be healed in Jesus name.

From a brief meditation I'm confident she will heal.

Prayers: May she prayerfully consider all she has used her voice for. May the blessings from her beautiful voice continue to bless all those around her. May the lord continue to use her.

Dear Lord heal Liliana completely that she may return to you the gift of music you have granted her in her life. May she sing with the angels in adoration and praise of your love for your children.
