Dear Alexandr,

Reading your beautiful posting, I couldn't help but wonder if it is the words of Saint John Chrystostom. Am I right? confused

Dear Alice,

May your Father-in-Law's memory be eternal, and may all go well with you and your family.

Dear Alice,

You have my sincere condolences and prayers on the falling asleep of your father-in-law, and your mother-in-law. 2 years ago both my father and my stepmother passed away within 6 months of each other, at 86 and 88 respectively. They were not separated for long, because of the love they shared. Vichnaya pamyat!

Alice,

I just read your post. I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your father-in-law, and will remember his soul and you and your husband in our family prayers tonight. Blessed repose and eternal memory.

Yours in Christ,

Gordon

Dear Friends,

Thank you all SO much for your prayers and condolences. The funeral had to be delayed until Monday for many reasons, including religious (no funerals allowed in Greece on Saturday of the Epiphany, or on Sundays, for instance) and the reality of travel plans, so we are off on our long journey to Athens tomorrow. Please keep our safety and well being in your prayers.

May God bless each and every one of you with every good thing.

With love in Christ our Lord,
Alice
