Khrestos Razhdajetsha! Slavite Jeho!
Christ is Born! Praise Him!

Hello

I am one of those who does not often respond nor contribute but loves to read and learn but to-day I ask for prayers.

My Voujko Taras ( Fred ) passed away in the Lord last night. He had been anointed and given absolution just hours before and quietly fell asleep. I ask for prayers for his family who are not believers but at this time feel great sorrow.

One faithful daughter made sure that the priest was called inspite of the sisters. For her, I ask for prayers that she continue in her faith in the face of sorrow and indifference.

Prayers for the repose of the servant of God, Fred. May his memory be eternal and may all his sins be forgiven.
May his faithful daughter be blessed and may her faith and peace of soul shine as an example of Christ and His Holiness to her fellow family members at this difficult time for them.
It is always comforting to know that one has passed peacefully after receiving the sacraments of the church.

In Christ,
Alice

Through the intercession of St. Tarasios I pray for the repose of you Uncle Taras. I also pray for the conversion of your relatives. Lord have mercy on Taras!

May the soul of Uncle Fred rest where the just repose.

For the souls of the family that are in doubt or do not beleive in our Resurected Lord, may the Eternal Light of Christ shine upon them, so their hearts will be changed - that they will beleive on the Lord Jesus Christ and be saved. Then one day they too may rejoice with all the saints in heaven when one sinner is saved.

For the sister who believes may she be blessed by God!

Khrestos Razhdajetsha! Christ Is Born!

Shchera Podjaka/ Heartfelt Thankyou.

There is old saying that I heard many years ago
and it applies to the members of this forum:

"There are no strangers here....only friends that I have yet to meet"

Funeral for Voujko/Uncle will be held Tuesday at 11AM.

Again Thankyou

Z Bohom!
