I think I there is an error in the new pew book, at least what is published for download. On this Sunday it will be noted that the prokimenon before and after the verse are different tones but the same text. In the past 2 prokimenons were prescribed and I was wondering if that were the case here: First prokimenon,verse, and then the second prokimenon without verse. Perhaps some of our members could venture an opinion. Sincerely, Paul Heim

There is a mistake on page 212 of "The Divine Liturgies of our holy fathers John Chrysostom and Basil the Great."

The first prokeimenon provided there SHOULD be that of Resurrection Tone 8. In fact, the Tone ascription and Psalm identifier are correct, AS IS THE VERSE. But the Prokeimenon itself ("Make vows to the Lord...") will need to be sung from page 162. It is then followed by the Prokeimenon of All Saints, which IS correctly given on page 213.
