I humbly ask prayers of thanksgiving for 25 years of marriage to my husband George. We have survived his latest health crisis and surgery went very well last night. I thank everyone for their prayers over this last week . As I reflect over the last 25 years with its ups and downs,the best part was that we were blessed with the joy of parenthood. For that we are truly gratefull. Even though a teenager in the house can try your patience to no end I know it wouldn't be the same without her.
As a side note in this last 6 weeks I personally know of 6 couples from my childhood parish of SW Pokrowy in Toronto and that were wed there that have celebrated 25 years , must have been something in the water.

I had mine last year - D-Day is the actual date and, like our veterans, I too was rolling on a beach . . .
