Dear John,

I want you to promise me that you will take 2000 units of Vitamin C daily....best to take 500 mg. 4 times a day, so that your body is constantly replenished with it. God is enlightening me to tell you this...whenever my daughter gets sick with upper respiratory problems, (and she gets really stuffy in the nose and chest), this helps.

You need to strengthen your immune system with the vitamin C. Once a cold has become an infection of bronchitis, ear, or sinus, it doesn't take the place of antibiotics, but it helps heal. Also, it should be taken daily as a preventative. Whenever my daughter gets lazy and stops taking them, she starts getting sick more easily and more often.

God bless,
Alice
