Does anyone know where you can purchase a "7-ended cross"? to wear on a chain?

I have never seen a 7-ended cross as a pendant, although I have seen, and own, an 8-ended cross (all bars horizontal). It came from the Philadelphia area, but as it was a gift I can't ID the artisan for you.

If you ever come across one of the many Ukrainian jewellers (seems to be at least one at any festival) ask about having one custom made.
