Happy birthday and many years!

Everyone baptized into Christ should pass progressively through all the stages of Christ's own life, for in baptism he receives the power so to progress, and through the commandments he can discover and learn how to accomplish such progression. - Saint Gregory of Sinai

Many, many happy years to you Deacon. And can I borrow a decade or two? I'm starting to get up there and you are so young!

To prayerfully celebrate Father Deacon Lances 35th Birthday there will be an all-Slavonic Divine Liturgy according to the Full and Official Ruthenian Recension at the Ukrainian Catholic Parish in his town (and Father Deacon will serve). Carpathian Prostopinije (Pittsburgh Variant) will be used. The Divine Liturgy starts in 3 minutes so everyone hop on over to southwestern Pennsylvania to the parish Father Deacon belongs to.. biggrin

Happy Birthday! Many Years!

PS: Afterwards all are invited to a cookout at Father Deacons house.

Make my steak rare please! I like them big and bloody. When you stick the knife in them they still go "moo." The ony way to eat them! Just wave it over the coals two or three times.
