This was a weekday Divine Liturgy, the hymn is the pre communion hymn "Praise the Lord for the Heavens...". I would gather that in Uzhgorod many of the faithful kneel for most of the anaphora. I took the photo before the short video clip (available on youtube : Uzhgorod choir [youtube.com] ) was taken.

While here in the USA we are debating translations, "new" music, and rubrics, it seems that in the old country people do still kneel during the Divine Liturgy.
