Dear Friends,

I've been watching Papal Audiences from Rome on EWTN.

It is announced that everyone's devotional items they have with them would be blessed by His Holiness.

How exactly does His Holiness do that? Is it a general blessing?

It would be more like "invites" instead of "calls," it seems.

Anyway, the consistory is scheduled for the 24th of March, at which meeting the Pontiff has *allegedly* ordered to be presented with a draft concerning the regularization of the SSPX.

I mentioned the late-March consistory before any official word came, so I'm hoping that the other half of what has been alleged will remain true as well! wink

As I understand the current schedule, all current Cardinals are invited to attend a day of reflection on 23 March. The next day the new Cardinals will be formally created. The day after that (25 March) will be the concelebrated Mass with the Pope and Cardinals.
