Does everybody know where can I find a booklet for the Byzantine Catholic Liturgy (byzantine-ukrainian rite) in Ukrainian with English translation?

Get the octavo-sized hardback from the Basilian Press in Toronto (probably also available from Byzantine Rite Church Supplies in Philadelphia). The text of the Divine Liturgy is complete, in both languages.

Szymon, the Anthology for Worship is an excellent resource with the Divine Liturgy common text in English and Ukrainian. The Anthology also includes many English propers for the Divine Liturgy on various feastdays, musical settings in English, Panakhyda, various other services, the Little Hours, etc. in English as well.

It is available from many sources, including the Sheptytsky Institute, the Catechetical Offices of several Eparchies, and the Orthodox book seller Light and Life. There is also an accompanying CD with the Divine Liturgy parts in various settings in English.

Basilian Press in Toronto also carries several editions of small "pew books" with the Liturgy in both English and Ukrainian.
