Dangerous Dan, that was hilarious!

Is that line from a movie or is that an original?

OK guys, the pictures are funny n'at, but seriously, this is your first hierarch! Call me old fashioned, but is it appropriate to demean the office of the Bishop of Rome to humorous cliches? What about respect for the office? Maybe it's just me?

(With inquisitive look on my face)

Do you really think these are making fun of the Pope?

(So as to not convey a argumentative tone.)

Not so much making fun, but disrespectful of the office of bishop.

(With a squinched up look on my face because I can't really explain why I find hierarchal humor unfunny)

Same here. A good joke is hard to resist.

(With a twitching face, because I'm still trying to suppress my laughter at the pic.)

A good sense of humor is necessary for evangelization. Look at JPII.
