asianpilgrim Member A Joined: May 2007 Posts: 1,028 Philippines	While beautiful, what this video shows is the REFORMED or Novus-Ordoized version of the Mozarabic Rite as promulgated in the 1990's. The true rite of your ancestors is not this, but the old Mozarabic Rite that, as codified by Cardinal Ximenes de Cisneros, was the last great living echo of the ancient Gallican Rite.

This is the first time I have ever seen the Novus Ordo Mozarabic Mass said ad orientem. Also, in light of the Holy Father's motu proprio "Summorum Pontificum" it seems clear that both are in fact the Mozarabic Rite. The one shown in the video is the Ordinary Use of the Mozarabic Rite.
