What kind of relationship do the various Eastern Catholic Churches have with one another? Especially those of common history and liturgical tradition such as the Greek(Byzantine)-Ukrainian, Ruthenian, Slovak, Belarusan, etc.,antiochian(West-Syrian)-Syrian, Maronite and Is there any kind of collaboration between them? Or do they choose to remain totally autonomous from one another?

Autonomous, in communion, and in solidarity with one another would be my opinion.

The BYZANTINE FORUM is the best example of solidarity though not official. Another good question is how the Greco Catholics and Orthodox within the same ethnic group interact. Stay away from rival ethnicities, grudge trumps love or even respect.
