This really upsets me because I know the people who had a problem with the old formula are the same people who have their children baptised and never step foot in a Church again it is Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit. God the Father and Jesus the Son. Saying God the Mother may have negative connotations since Mary was Jesus' Mother, although some fighting for Homosexual Rights may love this arguement. The Masculine form is the way it should be. Using Gender nutral language is just confusing.

I was simply stating that anyone who baptizes using this form does so invalidly.
However, it is more prevelant in non catholic denominations.
