Are you familiar with Fr. Zakaria? What a great ministry! He needs our prayers...

Of course... Great man. Not one who whacks Islam based on sentiment but the truth. Praise the Lord for Fr. Zakaria.

God keep him. I am sure there are some muslims who aren't too happy with him.

Interestingly, his first name is the same as the surname of Saint Anthony Mary Zakaria, the founder of the Barnabite Order (Clerics Regular of Saint Paul).

God bless and keep you....

Lance, what a fascinating article. Fr. Zakaria has been truly called to do what he does. Only someone with his level of native language skills, cultural understanding and sensitivity, and lawyer's mind can truly engage in debate with muslim scholars and actually move muslims to think and question their faith ;something westerners fail at,in part, because we lack in- depth cultural knowledge.

Unbelievable that in this day and age a religion would seriously advocate slavery, let alone debate the right to sexually molest them.
He is one of a kind,I will keep him in my prayers.

Indigo,

Something you mentioned is exactly what struck me most about the article: he moves Muslims to think about and questions their faith. The Holy Spirit is definately with him.

God bless and keep you....
